Both report formats ship every cycle. The samples below are real, unredacted editions from the 2027 first-issue run — open them, judge the read, then decide.
The full-season directional view for the Rhine and Danube — background probability, structural drivers (snowpack, glacier, soil moisture), and what would change the call. No colour-coded risk grade; one honest directional read.
Open the sample report → B · Decision-gradeA single call — favourable, corrective or defensive — with the thresholds we track in public data on the first screen, and the action window it implies for capacity, rerouting and pricing.
Open the sample report →The same public backbone everyone else uses, read by hand and turned into one directional call. No dashboard to learn.
How far ahead does it look?
Format A reads the whole season (up to ~12 months). Format B is decision-grade for the next 3–6 months — the window where a call is both scientific and commercially actionable.
Do you forecast water levels?
No. We give a directional read — favourable / corrective / defensive — from climate and hydrology. We are not a gauge forecast and not a navigational authority.
Where does it come from?
Public official sources only: PEGELONLINE, CCNR/CHR, Copernicus EDO, national hydro services and peer-reviewed literature. See the Method page for the full list.
How often does it ship?
Every cycle — monthly during the season, with signal-change alerts between editions when public data moves the call.
Is the free sample the real thing?
Yes. It is an unredacted past edition. The paid product is the live, rolling one plus the archive.
What if the read doesn't help?
That happens, and we publish it. See subscriber notes on the home page — including the ones where the read did not help.
Current cycle plus the two previous editions. No card required.
