We start from the same free public data everyone else does. You pay for the reading, not the access. One price per plan — no crossed-out list prices, no countdowns.
Three plans are three different products (email briefs / industry pack / API & custom), not payment periods of one product. Prices are single, with no comparison strikethrough.
A low price removes the negotiation. It does not remove these obligations — they apply to every plan, including the free browse tier.
Before the first charge we state that this is a subscription, what the renewal price is, and how to cancel. No silent auto-renewal.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, with the exception clause shown and the terms told upfront.
Displayed prices include EU VAT. Creem acts as merchant of record and remits VAT; the shown number is what you pay.
[ pre-launch: VAT-inclusive display and withdrawal wording to be finalised with a qualified tax adviser before launch. ]
Why so cheap versus €145+/site/month?
The data backbone is the same free public sources every player uses. We charge for the reading and synthesis, not for access — a consumer price tag on a B2B viewpoint.
Is there a free trial?
Browsing the current and two past editions is free, no card. Paid plans start from €1.99/quarter.
Any setup or hidden fees?
No. One price per plan, shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. No crossed-out "regular price", no countdown.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancellation terms are stated before the first charge (Duty 01).
Do you do custom industry packs?
Yes, from €12.99/year via the API & custom plan — a different basin, window or industry read.
Will the price go up later?
If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers are handled under the loyalty / win-back terms — never a fake "regular price". Details to be set once we have real subscribers.
